Default Calendar Delegation Preferences

Is there a way to force the "Anyone can read my Calendar" Calendar Delegation Preference so that this can be set for any new and existing mailboxes/calendars.

Either by a policy or global setting.


Currently using Lotus Note 5.1 Client & 6.5 Server
