Anyone know the location of the apache page that gets copied to the users homedir when you create a new site? I want to replace the default page with a customized one that I made, but I can't find it.

This is distro dependant, but I'm taking a wild guess that you're looking for the 'noindex.html' file in your 'error' folder and called by welcome.conf which is loaded by an Include directive in your httpd.conf
