Default admin password for Merlin Messaging

I have a customer running Merlin Messaging and wants me to change auto attendant greeting but I am unable to get in remotely and he does not know what the current password is. Is there a way for me to defualt the password back to 123456, or change it all together? Please Help.

Yep, either prove to someone on here that you are an Avaya Business Partner going to use the password for an ethical use, or call a BP, or call AVAYA. We can't disclose gateway passwords in an open forum.

Thank you Jinxs I called my Avaya Business Partner and he walked me through it. I am new to this so still learning thanks for your help.
