For BCM 3.x you will need to use the BCM Imaging Tool (BIT). This will return your Hard Drive to factory default. All data (stored on the HD), patches and keycodes will be erased. To default the telephony data a SYSTEM STARTUP via UM is also required.
For BCM 4.0 there is an option to restore from factory default. Patches will not be removed and the same rule as above is applied to default telephony data that is stored om the MSC.
This kind of question really scares me when no other details are given. You do realize, not that I am accusing you of this at all, but someone who gets mad at the company can really do damage with defaulting the phone system. Giving instructions on a forum for that really isn't a good idea. Just my 2 cents worth.
