Defanghtml_ ?

Hi has anyone experienced this using Outlook 2003?

I cant seem to find the cause of this issue, mail I receive from our server to certain email clients have defanghtml_ appended to some of the html. It is causing the html email to display incorrectly.

Any reason why this would be happening?
