i have a v4 si with R4 Def Audix. have a weird problem of 1 extension. the call covers to VM but VM never picks it up for that extension. just rings no answer at the vm, not the extension. yo hear the cover beep. i have rebooted both. removed the station and removed the subscriber but no luck. i know the tranlations are correct.had tier 3 avaya look at the PBX (not audix yet) heres a question though (as i never put a Def audix in frmo scratch). should the 8 ports of the hunt group be in a coverage path that points to the vm hunt group???? we dont do this for Intuity Audix. thought this was maybe part of the problem. it has been this way for years and upon making some simple changes to the user it went haywire. anyone encounter this?
