Def Audix - improper shutdown

Due to improper shutdown of Def Audix, voicemail is not working. We rebooted then dial-in to Audix, I see the following error in loop.

You may have to wait for an off-hours period of 60 minutes and power down the cabinet housing the DEFAUDIX, then remove and reseat the DEFAUDIX, power the system back up. The audix will be the last to come back, but if it is still with integrity, it should come back. Be sure the tape is in the drive during the shut down.
