Can anyone help me out? I have a whole building with no LD. What steps would I take to change my LD to the local PRI until Qwest fixes my LD PRI? I think I am on Communication Manager 2 Thanks TJ
Underneath Grp No. you would want to put in the trunk group# of the Local PRI. You'll need to ensure the bottom section values (if used) are set correctly as well...

Were you able to get this set correctly? I would leave everything as is both groups may very well be set the same, mine are... just change the trunk number listed on the first line in your LD route pattern to the trunk number that is for local calls. then test.
