DECT Traffic Master Call explination

Hello all! I am a DECT newbie with a couple of questions about the statistics I am seeing in the Master Call in tab in Traffic on the base station and the Status Tab on the Slaves . I think the stations are synced correctly by looking at the Air Sync Overview tab. I have a total of 6 stations with 3 on each floor with the stations centered on top of each other according to the diagram in the installation guide. I have 7 dect phones per floor. They are mainly using the dect system to receive calls from a nurse call system while roaming the floors. I am concerned that they might be missing calls because of my placement of the stations and their sync values. The Air Sync Overview from the Master with Sync Offset and Drift values from the slaves is as follows;

Master (Located on first floor in center of building)
First Floor East Wing (synced to Master) RSSI -47 Sync Offset 0.1 Microseconds / Drift -1.6454PPM
Second Floor East Wing (synced to FF East Wing) RSSI -62 Sync offset 0.1 Microseconds / Drift -1.3168PPM
First Floor West Wing (synced to Master) RSSI -55 Sync Offset 0.0 Microseconds / Drift -0.6585PPM
Second Floor Commons (Located directly above and synced to Master) RSSI -62 Sync Offset 0.0 Microseconds / Drift -0.9497PPM
Second Floor West Wing (synced to Second Floor Commons) RSSI -54 Sync Offset 0.0 Microseconds / Drift -0.6989PPM



In the Master Calls tab is there a correlation between calls in and calls delivered? Do all calls originate at the Master station then get handed over to slave units based upon location of phone? How do I know if the Busy Hour Attempts is to much. The following is what I am seeing;
