Can a traditional DECT cordless phone get or utilize the signal from a DECT IP base station?

with some DECT IP bases this is working and with other not.
Result of my own test:
-RTX is not working
-Aastra (Mitel) RFP is working
-Unify is working if the handset can handle 8 digit AC codes

Our telephone system is Siemens HiPath 4000 V5. And we're using SLC-24 for the BS-4 base stations. Our handsets are SL3 and M2 EX. Would they work with DECT IP?

These phones are fully supported with Hipath Cordless IP V1:
• OpenStage SL4 professional
• Gigaset SL3 professional
• Gigaset S4 professional
• Gigaset S3 professional
• Gigaset M2 professional Familie
• OpenStage M3 Familie

The Hipath and BS4 on SLC24 supports GAP which is the standard most DECT support so in theory most should work.
You may find that you need to enable simplified login as your Cordless EPin may be too long.
