There is a problem: when an employee with DECT handset leave the base station coverage area, then after returning back nobody can’t call to him (short beeps as if busy). Start to work only after he makes an outgoing call. Ayaya 3720 Telephone 3.5.19, DECT-GW 7.2.8. Please help.

From the manual
When re-entering the coverage area it can take a couple of minutes before the telephone automatically has registered into the system.
In my experience it's more like 5 minutes.
Turn the phone off and on again.

It has been a known issue. Try to upgrade.

upgrade your 3720 phones. They should have 4.3 firmware.

Thanks to all, upgrade to 3720 phones with v. 4.3 solved that problem.
