DECT R4 - Shortcode *07*N# getting rejected 1

Hi guys,

I ran into a strange problem with one of my customers.
Whenever they try to set the forward number from one of their 3720 with the shortcode *07*N# the call gets rejected.

All "normal" shortcodes like *00 *01 and so on are working fine for them..
They are running 9.1.100.10 and an SE, I'm running 9.0.300.941 and a 500v2.

Any idea as to why this might happen? Your help is as always very much appreciated!

External forwarding blocked at the user?

Okkie26, you're a genius xD
My colleague re-configured the DECT system a few days ago and connected it to the SE directly (previously it was connected to a 500v2).
On the 500v2 forwarding to external was allowed, on the SE it was not^^
