Dect R4 provisioning mode status "not connected"

Hi All,

i am having dificulty setting up dect R4 where in the master base station, the update fails.
If i default my controller and set up the dect it connects and works.

as soon as i load my config with the same ip addressing, the Update fails.

any advice?
My config is on R9.0.1.0 build 845

Then your config is faulty, default the controller and set up the DECT as documented, manualy rebuild the config instead of loading a backup.

I realise their is an issue with my config.
i am trying to find the cause of the problem, surely their is a file it needs to update from, so if i replace the update file then surely the connection will be made?

You could save a working config and open it in a text editor and do the same with the failing config, hold them side by side and look for the differences.
My first thought is "passwords", the DECT radio part of the master must connect with IP Office IP Address end the IPDECT service account, a password mismatch results in a failing connection. The DECTService password is configured in the security settings of the IP Office.
