Hi All
I have read your posts on the thread reference above.
I have a site with 9.0.3 with two compact base stations and only 3 DECT 3725 handsets and 6 x 9508s
One of the 3725s has just suddenly come up with "No Subscription"
I have hunt groups with 5+ extensions but a mix of DECT and 9508 handsets.
Will this cause this problem as mentioned in the original thread?
Thanks
Graham

Different thing, i think its a bug. Reregister them all.
I think they unregister after a merge.

Turn off provisioning on the master base station once you have them all registered. Temp fix if it is the same issue.

There is a bug for this and new base firmware. You would need to raise a ticket with Avaya and see if it is the same issue.

Is the Error log in the base station full of crap? Things like sync errors relating to sync errors and provisioning.
