DECT R4 NO Outgoing calls

Hi all,

I am trying to trouble shoot the Avaya DECT R4 system. I am currently able receive incoming calls from internal and external numbers. However I am unable to make any outgoing calls to internal or external numbers. When I dial and hit the unhook button it looks like it is about to call and then immediatly hangs up.

Please help

Hi all,

We have resolved this issue I am posting this for anyone that may run into the same problem.

When looking into the issue further we realized that The DECT system was missing a SARI certificate: Secondary Access Rights Identifier.
