DECT R4 Advanced Charger

Hi

Anyone here use the advanced charger for the DECT R4 to change the in-call menu to be more useful.

I did an install yesterday with 5 handsets and added Park, Pickup, Unpark, VM on/off etc to the in-call menu and sent it to the phone.

Customer has said today that the in-call menu is now not showing these options on one of the handsets and I was just wondering it maybe I missed doing this handset (Im fairly certain I didnt) or whether the phone lost the changes I made.

So has anyone else had this happen before to them?

Okay - spoke to Scansource - if you want to use WinPDM to assign templates to phones you cannot use provisioning mode as the two are not compatible.

Strange, there is nothing mentioned on marketingtools.
