Quick question in regards to a few users that are having some issues with transferring.
They know to press the "R" soft Key, dial the users extension, announce that they are transferring a call and then hang up.
Well the issue has come up a few times where they press the off-hook key on accident rather than the On Hook Key, which then places the receipt call and the person to receive the transfer both on hold. Is there a process where they can pick the call back up to complete the transfer correctly? I notice when this happens, the 3730 Display shows its extension with HH after it, 240HH - guessing this means its showing it has two calls on hold, just not sure the best process to tell the customer to fix this other than don't press the wrong button.
