Dect r2 No Dial tone

I have a dect r2 cab and the dial tone keeps droping and it seeem to come back over night and then works for abit in the day and then drop again have changed the harness from the system but still happening not sure what i can try next as swoping the cab out is not any good as would need new license for it any help would be great Thanks
