Sometimes when we replace a Dect with a new one, the new dect only rings for 2 times and disconnect it self. How many times we try CXAKE en CXAKI the problem still the same.
Is it possible to have two the same numbers in the MD110?

Can any body help to fix the problem

Our system.
MD110
BC 12

Thanks

this means that the old dect is probably still ON. try to give the dect a new number and see if te problems persists.

If i give the dect a new number we don't have the problem. But we need to have the old numbers....

thx for your reply

then you need to find the orginal dect, UNSUBSCRIBE it (very important) and then program the new dect...

thx again,
But this DECT fell in water and don't work.
So we can not unsubscribe it...is there no command or unit we can reset.

ok, but then there must be a third dect with the same number (which is powered on). the situation you describe is exactly that!

THX,

I will check if i can find it, but how can it be that if we CXAKE that dect still have a connection whit the MD...

So it means you can have two DECT with the same number insite the MD.....

no the inside the MD110 you can only have one number active for one DECT.

you can try it yourself:

take a working DECT.
let it be powered on/subscribed.
do a CXAKE
take a second DECT
do a CXAKI on the new DECT

try to call your new DECT. normally you have the same phenomenon...

But to avoid RFBoy's problem we usually do
cxake -> gedie -> gedii -> cxaki.
It works fine.
