DECT phones

Hi,

I need to replace a DECT handset as one has totally died. The Handsets are model 4027s & I can't work out where to put the TN into the replacement handset. I assume these are done the same as normal phones, or is there more too it?

There is more to it!. I think you will require OTM or TM access onto the DECT Server and from there, you will need to deregister the DECT extension and then register it again.

I think you have a 15 minute window to subscribe the DECT handset with the PIN number that you should have been given.

I've found the TM server but I can't find anything on it about how to deregister the handset. Do you know of a guide to doing this?

If you log onto TM and from there access the CS1000 system, I think there should be a tab for the DECT Server.
