DECT phones on the Meridian systems hasn't been supported for a number of years. I think it was removed at 7.5. Prior to that, they used a DMC card that I seem to recall had up to 16 DECT phones and a number of base stations and it was administrated via OTM/TM etc.

The DECT port were in effect analogue 500 sets with CLS = CNDA and they were subscribed via a pin number that was activated for 15 minutes via OTM.

The base stations were connected onto the junction frame on the DMC card as 4 wires per unit. They were mains or locally powered.
