DECT Phone Serial Numbers

Good morning,

I think this is a bit of a long shot but is there a way of retrieving the serial number for a DECT phone associated with an extension via Com Win?

The serial numbers look like MAC addresses but are shorter (E.g. 02 7C 23 2C B0).
I know I can get them from under the battery or via *#06# from the menu but I am trying to resolve some conflicts in our records.

I think you are looking for the 'asset id'

Unfortunately, the field comes back blank. Looks like I will have to locate and check the handsets manually
