please explain me the steps to take the backup of dect data using catool.


delta generation commands changed to german language, how to get back to English again.

Change the 4K to English
CHA-FUNCT:REGIN=Y,SLANG=ENG,LANG=ENG;

Change the CAT Tool to English
Click on the 'Union Jack' Flag on the Program Bar

To do a download from a working system:
Open a Comwin connection to the HiPath
Logon
CHA-FUNCT:REGIN=Y,SLANG=ENG,LANG=ENG;

Go to CAT Tool
File / Database Administration
New Database - Name of Site with date or similar
Close
Cordless / Hicom Connection / Open
Take over existing connection ticked
Hicom
Upload (Hicom --> CAT)
Configuration & Statistics
Read as Net Node
Click Hicom->CAT

Once downloaded you then have the database saved in your CAT tool
