DECT Base not connecting to IPO

Good day,

I am attempting to connect dect phones to an IPO. However the dect base is not connecting to the IPO. I am using the provisioned installation method. Following the manual, I have reached where the system is asking for a SARI code. However I do am not seeing a code. Is it that this SARI code comes with the device or do I have to purchase it separately?

The SARI code is needed to license all the Dect R4 environment and has to be purchased separately, it's just a paper envelope containg the numeric record
