What kind of base do you use? The 612/622 handset should be registered to a RFP43 (or equal). This system uses 13 digits IPEI handsets
If you have a RFP 12 IP Single DECT basestation then the handsets (Mitel 112 Dect) has a 10 digit IPEI.
So I think you try to register the wrong type handset to your base.
