dect 6 and pbx problem with flash

I have a Panasonic DECT 6.0 as one extension of a Conecta (I'm in Brazil)PBX. This phone won't trigger the PI100 door opener. It seems the problem is with flash button. The PBX doesn't receive the flash signal. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

yep look in extended programin 990 and turn EFA
External Feature Access hookflash by default is off
on the TD

Problem was resolved by increasing the flash time on the pbx. If flash is longer on phone than pbx, pbx doesn't register tone as flash.
