I have a question hopefully you can help me out on regarding DECT 400 series cordless terminals.
A customer here in Norway have until recently been sending there faulty terminals for repair to Telenor (Norwegian PTT) and they have sent them further
On to Ericsson . Now Ericsson is not doing this kind of repair anymore and Telenor does not have the people and equipment to do it.
How are these matters handled by Damovo ?
