Recently we took over an account for a customer that has has SE 11.0 SP 3 with a few DECT 100 phones. One of which resides at a remote site and is currently down. I checked the configuration and the base station IP and the lan IP are on different subnets. Thus, IPO is giving me the flashing red x saying the IP address of the base station must be on the same subnet as one of the LAN interfaces. Do they IP addresses need to be on the same subnets or will the work if the subnets are different but routable to each other. I can ping the DG on each side from system status so they appear to be routable.
I did fin a thread on here saying it should work but wanted to confirm that.
Any help would be appreciated.

I had a colleague work on some D100s on remote sites and it does in fact work. That being said it is, of course, not supported on a different subnet or different VLAN.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Thank You for response. I think I am going to have the put them on same subnets.

We have a bunch of them on remote subnets that work.

I would think they would as long as the 2 subnets are routable and there is a route in the IPO to other subnet. Which there is but, still won't register.
