I would like to be able to use VPN tunnels for anonymous surfing from several VPN providing companies. The reason I want to use several VPN providers is that would be nice to have IP numbers from different domains. But this opens up a potential problem. I don't know much about the reliability of VPN providers. If I use three VPN providers then that is three people who can all see my traffic and I guess, hack me if they want. The reason why I'm concerned about this is that I have lot of money online that I'm using for sports betting. I guess if someone looked at the traffic I'm sending out through VPN tunnels they could conclude that I am a nice hack and theft victim. Am I overly concerned here?

This concern got began a few weeks ago when I heard that one Swedish VPN provider had been put in custody. Soon after this I also read some speculation that some other VPN providers were really in to credit card fraud. All of this spooked me a bit. So now I'm looking for a way to minimize the risk of hacking by VPN provider. Do you have any suggestions on how I could do that?

One idea that I've had is to use the VPN provider I find most trustworthy as a first layer VPN. And then to connect to the other two companies through this first provider. That way those VPN providers can't see my actual IP address. They can only see my first layer VPN IP address. But I don't know whether this adds any security. Maybe they can hack me anyway? You tell me.

Tell me what you think about my idea to minimizing the risk to get hacked by VPN providers and please also tell me your ideas.
