I am using Access 2000. I wanted to add a logo to my main screen. I added an image box, but the db size increased by about 10 megs. I decided to delete the picture; however, I can not get the db size to return to the previous amount before I added a picture. I tried compacting, but it did not work. I know that MS Word saves all deleted text; does access do something similar? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In Access under tools, ther should be a an otion called Database Utilities, under that there is a compact database, select that option, that should make the dbase smaller!
