Decompile .swf

Can anyone tell me how to decompile a .swf file? I lost the .fla and i need to edit some text on that file. I am sure there is a way or some program that can do it.
PLEASE HELP.

You can use Flash Decompiler, Ave Imperator, Sothink SWF Decompiler, Eltima Flash Decompiler...
I used this programs and I know some of them made the fla correctly...
