Decommisioning a Option 11c (DB Question)

Hello,

I need to decommision a Option 11c and my company has asked me to essentially reformat the configurations for it. They want it done for security reasons. However, I am not sure if there is a actual file or could I delete the database by command?

You would need to reload the sofware using a PCMIA card.
