I have had a couple of issues crop up in the last month with my Avaya 500v1 installation.
* "Dropped" calls on a single extension
* VM's not picking up after timer expiration.
* Calls not being twinned to mobile phones.
I'm thinking that the SysMonitor would be a great resource in trying to run these issues to ground. However, I'm making heavy weather in attempting to understand all the code and what I need to be looking at to determine what the issue is.
Anyone have a guide to some of the codes?
