Decoding AUD313 1

I have an option 11 25.40b and i have converted the hex code to decimal but it does not convert to anything i can understand. this is what i have:
AUD313 00001608 DIAL 00000000 0019F46B 00000449 00000002
The code prints out the same every time execept the first string (00001608)but it is always is 0000xxxx. x is the only thing that changes

dtr problem on the ssc card? because that tn 0 0 0 2, same in hex as nortel, is the same everytime, the calling number changes, but the dtr is broke.. not at my screen but i'm close, check that path and get back

How do you convert the hex code?

ie i have an error message as follwing. What does it mean?

Mahalo (thanks in hawaiian) PERRYPJ,
your instructions were right on the mark,we found the tn that was at fault. we did a stat of the tn and found it was disabled we enabled it did a untt got NWS0614 then we did a stat of the card and the unit is uneq. NO errors now.

still dont really understand it...

we dont have any tns up in the 20.0.1.17 in fact its only a opt 11.

This is bringing up a minor alarm and the cust is very fussy about his minor alarms.lol

Can you give me an idiots guide on how to decipher the error message and also how to clear it?
