I am using an Access 97 Database and form to populate a WORD 97 Doc.

I declare the WORD doc as an object and manipulate it using Find and Replace.

I want to declare a range within that document.

Within Access, should the variable that is going to hold the WORD range object be declared as a type object or as type range?

My ultimate goal is to insert a picture file (signature) and anchor it to a specific piece of text or range.

I have the picture in the file but I cannot seem to anchor it properly.

Thanks in advance for your help.
