DecisionStream 7.1 -- Jobs won't run

We are have installed DecisionStream 7.1.778.9 on a new Windows (2003) Server. The catalogs open fine. But, when we run a job, nothing happens. We do not get any error messages.

We are suspecting that "Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB896688)" is the source of the problem.

Has anyone encountered this?

Take the arguments used to run the jobstream and paste them into a CMD prompt.

(right click the jobstream and go to properties to see what is used to run the job)

Builds run, jobs don't -- turns out we had to disable Autoprotect on Symantec AV and now the jobs do run.
