Decision Stream: Multiple Data Sources not read

I have a data stream with three distinct data sources. The sample row rate is 1 and (for testing only) the maximum input rows is 5000. The problem is that the execution only reads the first data source in the data stream. I've tried changing from parallel processing to serial processing, as well as transaction processing (options on the Input tab of the Datastream). If I change the order and put the last data source first, it still only reads the data source that is listed first.

I've checked the documentation, as well as Cognos Support. Any ideas?
