Decision Pro Question

Any one familiar with Decision Pro? I just started at a new company and have been asked to clean up the decision pro pc. After some reading I think I have this thing figured out.

My issue:
I can download and load user records, but can not load CDR data. I get an error, "Cannot open statistics database file." The download is sucessful, and the file is in the BCF folder. Any help is appreciated.

I work on Decision pro alot. do you know what version you have and what software level the octel is?

I actually had to remove and reinstall the dattabase files. The database was corrupt. I'm going tto be formatting the drive and reinstalling NT. Have you run into any issues woth the service packs for NT on your system?

No i have never had a problem with any version of windows using DP. But NT is the most unstable of them all.
