Hi all, I outputted some logs but I do not know what some of the information means can anyone offer some insight? I found a gide online, understanding mitel smdr logs but I seem to have much more information to an individual log,

%04/02 10:48:36 0000:10:17 X9999 0007 3003111006 X9999
272 (originating number) (destination number) W272230

Not sure what X9999, 0007, 3003111006, 272 or W272230 mean?

272 (orig number) (destination number) S272406

And in this case, what is 0001, 3002, 272 (again), and S272406

When posting SMDR or other text that has specific spacing, please use the Pre Formatting option

Best Guesses on your Questions
X9999 = Trunk Number for IP trunk in clustered system
0007 = Time to answer
3003111006 = Cluster digits and destination digits to be dialed on remote system
272 Station that answered call
W272230 = Where did you capture this data from. This looks like something that Prairiefyre might add as a reference on the record

With Proper Spacing I can be more precise

Those letters in my example above have meaning.
e.g.

Again, I'm using Pre to Preserve Spacing

[pre]pppp = Calling Party
= extension number (0-9999) Extension number can also contain * and #.
= ATTm or ATmm attendant console number (0-9 or 10-99)
= Tnnn CO trunk number (000-999)
= Xnnn non-CO trunk number (000-999)
f = * if attendant involved
ttt = time to answer in seconds (000 to 999)
= *** if unanswered
qqqq = Called Party
= Same description as pppp[/pre]

Check the help files under SMDR for what the rest mean.
