I have a field that is set to Long Integer. I imported this .txt file into an Access 2003 database so I can run some reports.

Problem: The Billed Amount fields are set as Long Integer and when I switch them to Currency on the import, it puts the decimal at the end and adds 2 zeroes.

Example: 18705
This should be $187.05
But when I switch it to Currency, it puts it as $18,705.00

How can I fix this field? Any help is appreciated.

Divide it by 100 in the report's underlaying query.

Hope This Helps, PH.
