Decimal Value for sub criterias

Hello, it seems like impossible to apply decimal value (ex. 0.5 points) for under criteria.
Let say i have for exemple :

- criteria 1.0 -> drop down menu with OK or KO or N/A -> 5 points if OK with the 6 conditions.
Within this criteria 1.0 i wish to create sub criterias that will detail notation.
1 point for conditions 1
1 point for conditions 2
1 point for conditions 3
1 point for conditions 4
0.5 point for conditions 5
0.5 point for conditions 6

Is that possible ?
