Decimal seperator and Excel 2000

Hi,

I have existing excel sheets which have to be transformed to XML files. I'm living in the Netherlands where as default the "," (comma) is the decimal separator. Now for the XML file the "." (dot) has to be the decimal separator.
At home I have Excel XP and there I have a function decimal separator which can change the symbol. In Excel 2000 this function doesn't exist. How can I change the decimal separator in Excel 2000.
