In my Cold Fusion update form I have an integer field data using an Access 2000 database. If I try and update the data with a decimal number it always rounds the number.

How can I get the Cold Fusion update or entry to accept numbers with decimal points.

For example if I insert a value of 1.38 it will update it to 1 and cut off the decimal point.

Please advise if Cold Fusion has a function to make the application accept decimal points?

Its not cold fusion.. its access.. some numeric types in Access have options for decimal places.. Take a look at that.
