There are a few things that can really throw you off in Flash. I find that the best way to debug something is to test the movie, and when something happens that is unwanted, go to that frame, look at instance names, and actions and directions and everything on everything you put in there. For instance, I had a movie clip of a bomb blowing up when you clicked on it, and the sound of an explosion in the first frame of the clip. I should have put it in the second frame of the clip, so that it wouldn't play the sound along with the display of the first frame.
Dan Crowley
crow1126@bolt.com
<a href= in Verse
This is my poetry. It's good stuff!
