I placed a previous post under CAD applications on Linux...
I am using a really nice CAD/CAM application designed specifically for Windows...
However, I am running Crossover Office and Wine under SuSE Linux 9.1 Professional...
I can install this Windows CAD/CAM application using the Crossover Office Interface for Unsupported Applications...
Again, it appears to install correctly, with no errors generated...
However, when I attempt to start it, my system thinks about it for 30 seconds, then just quits trying...
I don't see any errors in /var/log/messages, nor can I find a specific error log for wine...
Any help in debugging this application startup would be greatly appreciated...
If I can get this Windows Application to run on my Linux box, it will be the last thing I need, in order to "de-commission" my Windows box...
I already have everything else I need, already running on my Linux box...
TIA
