Debugging user group

When I run asp.net I get the error - check that you are a member of the debugging user group. This is not the real error as I am a member of the debugging user group. There is a report that this is a bug in asp.net. see

I have found however that by juggling the MIE intranet settings I can debug on medium but not on high - so I would set it to medium - start debugging - and set it to high again. However when I end that session I have to go through this procedure again for the next session - very irritating.
Can somebody shed some light on this ?

Ah I see. I don't think is an issue in the latest version of the framework.

Are you debugging on your local machine or on a server? Also, are you set up as an administrator of the machine? You don't neccessarily have to be an admin, but it is a lot easier if you are.
