Can anyone tell me how to debug a option 11c to get the passwords for the system. I have done it in the past but i have lost the sheets that tell me what hex address to go to get the passwords. i have a system that the passwords have been changed to something that i'm not aware and i would like to get access to the system. I may be able to get the first level passcode but it is restricted to only load 20. I need to be able to program in every load because i will be install this switch for a customer and i need to set up T1 ect. So any info would be greatly appreciated. I do know that you have to put the switch into 300 baud rate to do the debugging of the passwords but like i said i don't have my sheets with the rest of the info anymore.

any ideas???

If you have a service contract with Nortel they can do it for you. They normally do it for free..
