Debugging Error

when I try to start the project, it gives the error that "could not start asp.net or atl server debugging" I am running VS 2002 on windows 2003 server. Please Help!

Interesting quote. Your duty in this case is to search google on an error message and take advantage of the resources at hand before asking of someone's time w/ helpdesk type questions.

This particular error is well documented on the internet. There are many possible causes and even more solutions.
