debugging client script

Help!! how do i debug client script (Jscript) in the new visual studio.net environment?? nothing i do seems to work,
the ie6 script debugger doesn't work (break on next statment) and when running htm or aspx file from visual studio (F5) it ignores break points in client .
server script can be debugged thu
