Debugger does not show styles or images

Here is my structure:

http://wwwroot/site

- in this folder I have .CSS files, an Images folder ect.

http://wwwroot/site/paSystem

- in this folder I have a .NET module I am working on.

If I run the debugger for

http://wwwroot/site/newSystem

it browses to

http://localhost:4829/paSystem/file.aspx

so the debugger does not show any of the styles or images. Please tell me how I can fix this.
